MASSP creates a budget each year that is presented to the membership at the annual spring conference for approval.  Membership approved the 2020-2021 budget at the annual business meeting in Cambridge at the spring conference.

The Executive Director provides the treasurer information and documentation regarding income and disbursements, including appropriate documentation, throughout the year.  The treasurer verifies information provided by the executive director and writes all checks.  This information is monitored throughout the year on a monthly basis by members of the executive board (through a treasurer's report) and the steering committee (through a treasurer's report and inspection of the bank statement).  You may review the 2019 final treasurer's report with this link: 2019 Final Treasurer's Report
