During this session, you will experience firsthand how you can supercharge your leadership. Building Ranks focuses on two essential leadership domains: Building Culture and Leading Learning. With strategies, resources, and illustrations from the field, this session makes the PSEL and other national leadership practical.

The Building Ranks Framework

The Building Ranks Suite of Products

What will the workshop look like?  You will get "Hands On" experience with four different aspects of the Building Ranks Suite of Products in this workshop.  At the end, you can match the needs of your school or your district with those parts of the framework that will be most beneficial.  You can purchase the publication at registration (at a discount) OR you can decide to buy it later.  But we are confident EVERY participant will find something to take home.

Who should attend?  District-level leadership teams will find this invaluable and provide insights regarding how this program might weave into district leadership development plans.  Building principals will ALSO find the workshop to be a valuable tool that you might use with your administrative team in your school as part of a year-long professional development activity.

Here is what folks are saying about Building Ranks:

“Walk away with a plan suited to you and your school.”

“Content specific with immediate application.”

“Framed conversations we all have in new ways with reflection questions.”

“Your day is filled with reflection and growth.”

“Truly a PLC!”

Your registration includes a continental breakfast and you have an option to purchase the book at a discount and you will receive it on January 8.
