Financial documents

MASSP creates a budget each year that is presented to the membership at the annual spring conference for approval.  Membership approved the 2024 Financial Report at the September 28, 2024 meeting.

The Executive Director provides the treasurer information and documentation regarding income and disbursements, including appropriate documentation, throughout the year.  The treasurer verifies information provided by the executive director and writes all checks.  This information is monitored throughout the year on a monthly basis by members of the executive board (through a treasurer's report) and the steering committee (through a treasurer's report and inspection of the bank statement).
