We are honored to recognize our school based leaders through the MASSP Leadership Champion Awards. There is a nomination process where leaders, assistant principals and principals, who are MASSP members, can be selected in one of five categories: Excellence in Equity and Inclusion, Community Engagement, Student-Centered Leadership, Inspirational Leadership, or School Culture and Climate.
A committee of peers reviews nominations and determines winners in each category using a rubric for that category based upon the PSEL Standards.
